BetRepublic Terms Governing Accounts, Payments, Bonuses and Bets

1. Agreement and Definitions

These Terms govern access to our site, account registration, casino play, sports betting, payments, promotions, verification, support and player-protection tools. By creating an account or using the services, you confirm that you have read and accepted them. “Account” means your registered profile; “cash balance” means cleared real-money funds; “bonus funds” means promotional credit subject to terms; “KYC” means identity and account verification.

2. Eligibility and One-Account Rule

You must meet the legal gambling age, act for yourself and use the service lawfully. Register with accurate information and maintain one account. Keep credentials and one-time codes confidential. Notify support when your name, address, email, telephone or payment details change. We may refuse, restrict or close duplicate, underage, fraudulent or unlawfully used accounts.

3. Verification and Source of Funds

We may request identity, age, address and payment-ownership evidence at registration, during account use or before a withdrawal. Enhanced checks may request source-of-funds or source-of-wealth documents. Documents must be current, readable and genuine. Account functions or payments may remain under review until checks are complete.

4. Deposits, Balances and Chargebacks

Use a payment method you own. Minimums, maximums, currencies, fees and processing information appear in the cashier before confirmation. A deposit must be played through once before withdrawal unless a stricter promotion rule applies. Failed, reversed, disputed or charged-back payments may be removed from the balance and investigated. We may correct an obvious accounting or payment error.

5. Withdrawal Requests

Submit withdrawals from the verified account and, where practical, through the deposit method. Requests pass through pending, verification and approval stages. We may ask for documents, apply transaction and VIP limits, return funds to the original method, or divide a payment when a provider limit applies. 6. Bonuses and Promotions

Each promotion states eligibility, activation, minimum deposit, expiry, wagering, maximum stake, game contribution and exclusions. Bonus abuse, duplicate claims, prohibited game patterns or a breach of promotional terms can lead to cancellation of bonus funds and related winnings.

7. Games, Bets and Technical Records

Game rounds and sports bets are governed by the displayed rules, odds and system records. A bet is accepted only when confirmed in account history. Interrupted rounds are resolved from the provider record. We may void or correct transactions affected by a clear technical fault, incorrect odds, duplicated credit, game malfunction or manifest settlement error.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You must not commit fraud, collude, use false documents, operate multiple accounts, abuse bonuses, misuse payment methods, reverse legitimate transactions, manipulate software, use prohibited automation or access another person’s account. VPN or proxy use must not be used to disguise identity, location, age or eligibility. We may suspend, investigate, restrict or close accounts connected with prohibited conduct.

9. Limits, Cooling-Off and Self-Exclusion

Use deposit, loss, stake and session limits, reality checks, cooling-off and self-exclusion when needed. Gambling involves financial risk, winnings are not guaranteed and losses must not be chased. A self-exclusion instruction applies according to the period and scope selected in the account or confirmed by support.

10. Complaints, Liability and Changes

Services are provided subject to technical, provider and network dependencies; liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. If one clause is unenforceable, the remaining Terms continue.
